Day 1

Flight to Albuquerque, NM. Spectacular Southwestern vistas of mesas, cliffs & canyons! Arrive at the historic La Fonda Hotel
Santa Fe, NM, 4 nights. Dinner at hotel.


Breakfast. Guided tour of Santa Fe, oldest capital city in the USA. Visit Loretto Chapel to see The Miraculous Staircase. Free time at Santa Fe Old Plaza. Dine at La Casa Sena Cantina as waiters perform Broadway songs

Day 3

Breakfast. Tour Bradbury Science Museum at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Visit Bandelier National Monument, home to the Anasazi Indians as early as 1,100 AD with box lunch here. Point Peak Overlook at White Rock. Free evening in Santa Fe.


Breakfast. Explore Taos Pueblo, believed to be over 1,000 years old and one of the greatest and most famous of the pueblos. Taos is scenically located on a high plateau flanked by mountains. It is no wonder that Taos is the birthplace of the southwestern art movement. The
Taos Indians still dwell here without running water or electricity, yet remain an independent, conservative & religious people. Explore historic Taos town square. Visit the magnificent San Francisco de Asis Mission Church ca 1711, to view the “Mystery Painting”. El Sanctuario De Chimayo Church. Dinner at Rancho De Chimayo.

Day 5

Breakfast. Visit Georgia O’Keefe Museum. Ride Sandia Peak Aerial Tram. Arrive at Albuquerque Doubletree Hotel, 3 nights. Dinner at hotel.

Day 6

Enjoy breakfast at the Chasers Club at Balloon Fiesta Grounds. Witness the spectacular Hot Air Balloon Mass Ascension to the strains of “The Star Spangled Banner.” Guided tour of Albuquerque & Old Town Plaza. Dinner in area.

Day 7

Breakfast. Tour Acoma Pueblo sitting atop a 376 foot mesa overlooking the desert. Box lunch. VIP Gondola Club for dinner at Balloon Fiesta Grounds - cocktails included. Tonight watch the special shaped “glowdeo” balloons light up the sky followed by the After Glow Fireworks Display.

Day 8 

Breakfast. Visit the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Flight to Chicago.
