AN UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

(March 21, 2020) Given the sudden onset of COVID-19, we want to provide you with important updates regarding upcoming American Classic Tours.

Over the past couple of weeks, the Coronavirus or COVID-19 has gripped the world. Professional sporting events have been cancelled, foreign travel has been restricted, universities have cut their school year short, and, most recently, multiple states (including American Classic Tours home state - Illinois) have ordered shutdowns of all non-essential business activities.

Given the situation, American Classic Tours has decided to make the following changes regarding our upcoming tour schedule:

All tours through April 30th have been postponed

We have postponed our last three tours departing in March and all of our tours departing in April. The travelers signed up for these tours have been contacted individually about the postponement. We are happy that about 90% of travelers who were planning on traveling with us in March & April will be joining us on the new postponed dates in October and November. Below is a list of postponed tours and new dates. If you were not signed up for the original date, but are interested in joining us on the new date, we do have space available on new dates.

We expect our tours for the second half of 2020 to operate as planned.

Our Plans Moving Forward…

We are going to focus on doing three things over the next couple of months:

  1. Designing the Best Tours - we are going to do what we’ve been doing for the past 32 years - designing first-class tours of North America. We’ll be working harder than ever before to make sure that the next American Classic Tour you take is the best American Classic Tour you have ever been on.

  2. Virtual Tourism via American Classic Tour TV - we are going to send out at least one episode of American Classic Tour TV a week to make sure you have a cure for the cabin fever that comes with quarantines and lock downs. Join JD as he travels across America

  3. We Will Be Thinking & Praying For You All - These are trying times. COVID-19 is certainly disrupting all of our lives. We will be thinking and praying for you.

Remember, this too shall pass. Soon we will be out on the road again together exploring the beauty of America!
