Day 1

Flight to Arizona. Arrive for a 5-night stay at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson with staggering views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Welcome cocktail reception and dinner at the Westin La Paloma Country Club.

Day 2

Breakfast. Visit DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, built by acclaimed Arizona artist Ettore “Ted” DeGrazia. This National Historic Site features DeGrazia’s original collections of paintings that trace historical events and native cultures of the Southwest. Take a narrated tram tour of Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area, home to soaring mountains and deep canyons. Free afternoon to enjoy the resort amenities and area attractions/shopping. Dinner.

Day 3

Breakfast. Visit Kartchner Caverns discovered in 1974 and kept a secret to protect it from becoming damaged. Touring these caverns in their unaltered, pristine state is a unique experience. Have fun in Tombstone - the “town too tough to die”. The spirits of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, and the Clanton Brothers live on in this authentic old west mining town, home of Boothill Graveyard, the Birdcage Theatre, and the O.K. Corral. Witness a live reenactment of the shootout that made the town famous! Free evening at resort.

Day 4

Breakfast. Explore the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum featuring the native plants and animals of the Sonoran Desert. Experience the fusion zoo, botanical garden, natural history museum, aquarium and art gallery. Free afternoon to enjoy the resort amenities. Dinner at the resort.

Day 5 

Breakfast. Enjoy a narrated tram tour of the Pima Air & Space Museum which maintains more than 350 historically significant aircraft and 125,000 artifacts. Tour the “White Dove of the Desert - Mission San Xavier del Bac (1783). This National Historic Landmark is a premier example of Mexican Baroque architecture. Cocktail reception and fine dining at Tanque Verde Ranch, one of America’s old time cattle ranches dating back to the 1860’s and bordered by the Saguaro National Park.

Day 6 

Breakfast. Flight home.
